Dear Patient, We are very happy to let you know about our new Dental Warranty Policy covering dental work done at our office. This policy has many advantages for patients to insure that their work is done properly. Advances in dentistry are occurring at a rapid rate, and we are dedicated to providing you with the finest dental treatment possible. DENTAL WARRANTY: We will give a LIFETIME warranty on all sealants and silver amalgam and composite restorations for teeth that have erupted under our care and for new restorations on virgin teeth. We will repair for no charge. Such restorations on all other teeth will be warrantied for five full years from date of placement. All gold restorations shall have the same warranty, but for a period of ten years. We also offer a FREE Consultation to double - check other dentists recommendations for replacing our original restorations. This Warranty is only good if patient attends all scheduled appointments for completing all work in that quadrant within one year and comply with doctor's scheduled Recall Program. Only exception is if patient provides 48 hour notice for missing an appointment and reschedules immediately. A Warranty is not a guarantee. We expect a reasonable amount of owner maintenance. We encourage you to return for regular care and immediately call whenever new problems arise with previous work.
